Comments: The Giants have been doing these camps since the early eighties.  The camps were originally done by promoters, then by the Giants and by other former Giant players.  For the last several years, Rob Andrews has been running a successful camp but recently had a falling out with the Giants organization.  As a result, there are now 2 Giants camps.  The Rob Andrews Fantasy Camp is Giants orientated with all former Giants Pros.  The Giants are trying to organize a separate camp.  This coming winter will be the first of these new camps so unfortunately, I don't have any information on it yet.

I personally attended the Giants camp run by Rob Andrews in year 2001 and had a great time.  Lot's of good baseball, nice hotel, coaches were great, playing fields were very good and I highly recommend the camp.  There are also lots of after camp activities that you will enjoy.  For more information on Giants Fantasy Campers Leagues and tournaments, see: http://www.sobaysports.com/sfgiants/
These ratings are determined from information supplied by alumni of previous camps.  If you have been to one of these camps and would like to add you input, please use the Camp Evaluation Form.  Your input will be added in with other respondents to determine an overall camp rating.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
Just got to figure out how to pay for this again....  Just warn future "rookies" to pace themselves.  Aches and pains take their toll.  Use the training staff to full extent.  Only one thing about the hotel facilities:  I personally thought that he buffet breakfast was rather wasteful an over-priced... But I'm not much of a breakfast person myself....
This was my second camp, I plan on many more.
Better than expected.
